Cancellation and No-Show Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation is permitted up to 14 days prior to arrival
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount will be applied for late cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival.
- A cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount will be applied for late cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival
- If a guest tests positive for COVID-19 during their stay at the hotel, the full amount charged will not be refunde
