  • Total of 3 times COVID-19 *test at hotel on day 0 (day of arrival), 7th & 13th (real time PCR for novel Coronavirus, Nasopharyngeal Swab and Throat Swab) 
  • 24-hour video consult service for COVID-19 concerns 
  • Bumrungrad telehealth service 
  • Surgical face mask, hand gel, thermometer for 16 days

Terms of Payment 

  • Full payment in advance before arrival

Cancellation and No-Show Terms & Conditions 

  • Cancellation is permitted up to 14 days prior to arrival 
  • A cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount will be applied for late cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival. 
  • A cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount will be applied for late cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival 
  • If a guest tests positive for COVID-19 during their stay at the hotel, the full amount charged will not be refunde
